How the 6-letter word game works
Enter a valid six-letter word and use the feedback from each row to narrow the answer. Green letters are exact matches, yellow letters appear elsewhere, and gray letters are absent unless the answer contains another copy.
Use longer word patterns
Six-letter words reveal prefixes, suffixes, vowel pairs, and common endings. Look beyond individual letters: a confirmed beginning or ending can reduce the candidate list much faster than testing isolated letters.
A smarter six-letter strategy
Use early guesses with varied letters, then preserve every confirmed position. When several words still fit, choose a valid guess that tests the most uncertain letters rather than spending attempts on one candidate at a time.
